Welcome to Chelsea Woods Association

Chelsea Woods is an award-winning, unique, residential community located on the West central side of the city of Plymouth, Minnesota. The setting is embedded within approximately 99 acres of nature. With dense woods, six ponds, streams, and three private walking trails along with benches to relax for a moment and take in the sights and sounds; it's an experience of living in a park.

We have 224 homes; 129 attached townhouses and 95 detached, patio style homes. All homes were designed to blend with nature. This provides homeowners with an ever changing beautiful environment and wildlife viewing opportunities with each season. In addition, Chelsea Woods residents take advantage of our easily accessible swimming pools and pickleball court.

We are self-managed by our Board of Directors and on-site grounds crew. Trash pickup is every Wednesday, and recycling is every other Wednesday (see calendar). Professional common grounds mowing and snow removal is provided to all residents.
