What day is garbage collection day?

Wednesday every week. Except for holiday weeks (Memorial, Labor Day, etc) then one day later. 

What day is recycling day?

Wednesday every other week. Except for holiday weeks (Memorial, Labor Day, etc) then one day later. If you have a question on what is recyclable you can go to the CITY OF PLYMOUTH website for an answer.

Where are the Association BYLAWS kept?

If you just purchased or rented you should have been provided them by the previous owner/Landlord. If not you can download them here.  CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD. Others key documents can be found HERE.

Where do I vote?

The CITY OF PLYMOUTH website has a list of resources.

Do I have to mow my lawn?

Yes, if you live in a single family unit. You technically own your property so must mow and maintain your lawn area. The association maintains common areas. 

What do I do with yard waste and sticks?

Bagged leaves in the fall and clippings in the summer can be bagged (paper not plastic) and dropped of at curbside to picked up by our Maintaince Crew. That includes fallen branches and cut branches. IF you have a large amount of refuge or hazardous materials you must take it the CITY OF PLYMOUTH Waste Site

How do I know what my property lines are?

You should have gotten a property description at the loan closing that will show your property lines. If you are a renter, your Landlord will have them for description. Use this link to put in your address and include Plymouth. https://gis.hennepin.us/property/map/

Is there a map of the trails and area?

This website offers several. Go to the HELPFUL RESOURCES tab and click ASSOCIATION DOCUMENTS

Is there a list of parks, trails, public facilities somewhere?

When are the pools open?

Typically from Memorial day to Labor Day. 

When are the tennis courts open?

Typically from Memorial day to Labor Day. 

When do they plow the streets with snow?

The city streets are plowed by the City depending on their schedule.  The city streets within Chelsea are 18th Avenue and Yuma Lane, they are distinguished by the presence of concrete curbing.

When do they plow snow on the Chelsea Woods?

The non-city streets and driveways are plowed by our grounds contractor based upon the minimum 1.5" of snow fall and within a given period of the accumulation. This includes shoveling of sidewalks.

Can I park off street at night?

Off street parking is not allowed on City streets or Chelsea side streets. See Bylaws for details. 

What are the basic responsibilities of the Association like painting, blacktopping, etc.?
